This project’s architectural composition is defined by the layered horizontal slabs, which form a clean, prismatic volume with a strong horizontal presence. The continuous cantilevers project from the walkable sections of the balconies, creating the sensation that the levels are suspended and giving a particular sense of lightness to the overall form. At the same time, the architectural projections serve as fixed shading elements and as a privacy filter, while contributing significantly to the bioclimatic function of the building shell.

The morphological purity of the volume contrasts with the fluidity of the organic elements that unfold in the balconies. The thin metal railings are shaped with organic contours in plan view, following curved paths that contrast with the strict rectangular geometry of the slabs. The contrast between the strict horizontal lines and the free-form organic shapes creates an architectural composition in which the strict geometric forms coexist harmoniously with the natural flow of the space.
The openings in the balcony slabs are positioned to allow for the vertical growth of vegetation, enhancing continuity between floors while also improving the microclimate.

The building’s solid elements are plated with stainless steel (inox), which highlights the project’s contemporary character. This choice contrasts with the transparency of the glass facades and the landscaping of the balconies, achieving a balanced relationship between materiality, light, and natural elements.

The project’s morphological identity is completed by the integration of organic, linear lighting elements into the undersides of the cantilevers. The luminous curves do not function exclusively as nighttime lighting elements but are part of the architectural composition, enhancing the sense of movement and fluidity of the outdoor spaces.

Overall, the project embodies a contemporary architectural vision, in which the building’s strict geometry, the organic layout of the accessible terraces, the integration of vegetation, the use of materials, and the architectural lighting come together to form a unified morphological concept.
